Walk into every review knowing the answer.
Readiness usually lives in a workbook that was right the week it was finished. Venevor keeps it current by reading your systems, and marks clearly what still rests on someone's word.
- 5
- readiness states
- 1 check
- many frameworks
- Live
- evidence package per audit
1Readiness
Five states that say exactly what you can prove.
Every requirement shows Verified, Asserted, Exception, Gap or Unknown. Automated controls take their status from the latest check, and manual controls are marked as asserted.
What it does
Show the reason when a requirement can't be proven.
What it never does
Count an asserted control as verified.

2Evidence
Evidence that keeps its date and never changes.
Each result is timestamped, kept and never edited, with its freshness shown. Stale evidence looks stale, so it gets refreshed before an auditor asks.
3Audits
Give reviewers the claim and the proof together.
Auditors work in a dedicated workspace and export findings and a live evidence package. The conversation moves from whether the evidence is current to what to do about the gaps.
In the product
Every audit in one place.
Internal, external and regulatory audits with their findings, scores and report dates, beside the evidence package for each.

FAQ
Common questions.
What is the difference between Verified and Asserted?
Verified means the latest automated check against a system passed. Asserted means a person has attested to it. Venevor never counts one as the other.
Can we add our own framework?
Yes. Import a custom framework or OSCAL content, then map your controls to it.
Can someone mark an automated control as passing?
No. An automated control's status comes only from its latest check. If a source can't be read, the result is an error.
